The Canadian Approach and Entry Level Children
What is the Canadian Approach? Children learn through guided active play. The will learn more from what a coach can “show” and “do” as opposed to what is “said”. They must have a clear perception of the task (perceiving) and then be allowed the time to apply motor patterns to the task (patterning).
